Using the image class, I am viewing a test image:
http://cfneumann.us/dbase/dbase.jpg
That same image in Microsoft Office Picture manager:
http://cfneumann.us/dbase/mop.jpg
If the image is returned to it's normal size in the image class it will look
correctly, but when alignment is set to 3 it becomes distorted.
The original jpg is: http://cfneumann.us/dbase/test.jpg
What is causing it and how can it be corrected?

I wonder if the attached old bug report form is connected in any way?
As a possible workaround ... have you tried restating the image object's width,
height, and datasource as required?

Hi Ronnie, I couldnt find the QAID for this. Were you given a QAID
number?

Hi Christopher. The dBASE image object doesn't have a very sophisticated
interpolation process so, with a large image like this I would expect
some distortion unless viewing it in it's actual size.
Thanks, Kathy
