This is a known issue, you have to upgrade the the latest version of plus.

Hello,
i have a new PC with Vista and i have installed dBase Plus 2.6.0.0. I copied
the manifestfiles in the directorys. If i worked with the keyboard dBase
runs fine. If i move the mouse dBase crashed down with an internal error.
Can anyone help?
