I have one, but I still need it.  Do you have any specific questions, or 
do you just need one as a general reference?  There are several people 
here who are pretty familiar with the DOS versions.

    The books I have are dBase III+.  I did notice that there are a bunch on
ebay under "DBASE IV" for close to nothing!

Checking the Internet, I read that the "best book ever written on dBASE IV

programming" is still available!!! The author is still around, but 
unfortunately, not receiving royalties anymore <sigh>.

Amazing the price they are asking on this site. A few Google's will uncover 
copies for .47 cents up to $1.00. The book was re-written for Visual dBASE, 
introducing objects -- both were college text books by first Wadsworth and 
the re-write by Thomson Publishing.
