I'm assuming that the BDE is also installed with proper rights on the Citrix
machine?

There is a BDE folder within the Program Files\Common Files\Borland Shared
folder on the server but I don't know how it got there and have done nothing to
it.

What version of dBase are you using?

I have done this on a Cixtrix box before.
It is really no different than doing plain jane Terminal Server.
The problem your having is probably related to DEP. It needs to be disabled
or to have your app added to the "ok" list.
DEP is located under system properties Adavanced Tab, it enables and or
disables a program from being able to run.
You can disable it or enable it.
There is a link that one of the dBASE guys here has for it, maybe he will
post a link.
