Vista / Compiled Print Failure

Vista / Compiled Print Failure
Thu, 21 Feb 2008 15:55:45 -050
Having a strange unexplainable problem after having to reinstall Vista and dBase
v. 2.6.1.3 on wiped out disk. Seems when I "run" a program, it works
fine..prints correctly. But when I compile the program and "execute"
it, get a brief flash of printing Page 1 but doesn't print..nothing.

unusual about print call ( using r.render), printer works fine on everything
except my dbase programs. Any idease. PLEASE.

John,

Are you seeing anything in your PLUSerr.log? (See the _app.errorLogFile
and related properties for it).

Have you tried the ol' update-the-printer-driver routine?

Is it possible there is no data so there is nothing to print?

I assume this is going to the default printer. Have you checked that the
default printer is the one you want the printing to go to?

Have you tried changing the report so that it outputs to the screen
instead of the printer just to see that it is producing what you expect
should be printing?
