I checked my updated 2.61.4 folders and ...
yes, it does include an updated runtime. I don't recall the updater
asking anything about it.
There is a separate download for runtime only, which I will be using
soon at ChelseaData.ca - I always wait a bit and monitor bug-reports in
case anyone discovers any new features before I do.
