is there a way to send email programmatically with other email system , like
Novell GroupWise
?

if you can setup the group wise email client as the default, then it should
work.

Making Group Wise the "Windows" Default is unrelated to dBASE but
generally
it can be done in the options of any email client.
I don't know Group Wise but I am sure if you don't have a help doc on it,
you can find something via google.
It is similar to file association in that when you double click on a text
file it will tell notepad.exe to be launched (if notepad is the associated
app with text files).

Go to the Control Panel. Click on "Internet Options". Choose the
"Programs" tab and there you will see a place for choosing your defaul
E-mail application.
