Your computer doesn't have enough resources to pull up dBASE.
It is most likely because you have dBASE opened more than once or a boat
load of other stuff.
You need to consider RAM memory too.

To some one with little time to help me...
Here is a very new one for me, when open dBASE today I got a small surprise:
"Unable to load Frame WINDOW object, resource not found"
I never see this before, but I am sure some one will tell me what to go to
fix this maybe without have to re-install dBASE, maybe not, I am all ears,
since I can not open dBASE. I look at the Configuration Settings file,
but I could not find anything related to this problem I am having, of try to
open dBASE..

Are you loading several instances of dBASE?
On my computer (2 GB memory, Vista Home Premium) I can open two instances of
dBASE. When I try to open a third instance I get the same message.
