Heading on every frame is overridden

Heading on every frame is overridden

Hello everyone,
I'm printing out a whole bunch of statements with three groupings. With the main
grouping (group1), I set its "heading on every frame" property to true
because it shows the client's name and account number on its header. In the
footer of group1, I set up the onRender event such that it begins a new frame
(the next client will begin a new page). Everything looks good, except...

Every now and then, when the 2.75 inch group1 footer gets printed, and there's
not enough space, the footer is printed on the next page, which is fine by me.
HOWEVER, the group1 header which I want on every page, does not get printed.
Worse, the footer is occupying the place where the group1 header should be. It
doesn't happen everytime. I noticed it happens when there is j-u-u-s-t enough
space to fit the footer (but maybe not).

Can anyone give me a clue as to what I'm doing wrong? (And please no suggestions
on getting 3rd party software to do the job :) ) I'm sure there's a simple
solution somewhere.

Thanks lots.
