Import Acrobat PDF

Vers 2.5 on XP

I've searched the prior postings for my question, but am unable to find 
an appropriate response.

I have been given an elaborate pdf document with its own predefined 
fields that require completion.  The fields are extremely variable in 
length, meaning the same field might be 10 characters long this time, 
then 150+ the next time, with the font size changing to permit all the 
data to fit into the field whose printing area remains the same size.

I do not want to recreate this form.  It's bilingual, full of lines, 
grids, logos, different fonts, rotated text, etc.  Is there some way to 
handle taking the data from the db and printing one form per record?  In 
essence, merging the db with the pdf and printing off the result?
