Who's your customer <bg> kidding...
There are more than one ways to go about it.
I prefer the Terminal Server method. You can use a non-server approach to
the same thing as well.
To do this you need to add the server roll of Application server so that
Terminal Services will be available.
Then you need to give proper permission to the users who will log in from
remote locations.
You can setup Windows XP to do this as well. I have a hack that will allow
multiple remote connections to an XP box and not disturb the person at the
console.
You can also consider any simple remote control software i.e. UtlraVNC
(free), Logmein.com, goToMyPC
Hopefully this will get the heat off your back.

A customer wants to access my software from two locations simultaneously!
What do I need to do? What hardware do I need to have deployed in these
locations? I am a complete novice in this area and may lose the customer if I
cannot find a solution.
Somebody please help! I'm using 2.21 build 1755.

My customer resides in space! You will need a $20million space flight to get to
him :-)
