Now that the Make New Folder button has been added to GetDirectory(), it would
be helpful if, when the button is clicked, the dialog automatically moves down
to the 'New Folder' item.
When I click Make New Folder, the hard drive entry is highlighted, and I have to
drag the slider to get down to 'New Folder', which has now lost its highlight
and has been created as 'New Folder' rather than what I wanted. To rename it, I
have to right-click to bring up the context menu.
This will cause some users to create New Folder, New Folder (2), New Folder (3)
before they figure out what's going on.
