Editor control: convertTabs toggle

The current Editor control automatically converts each tab (chr(9) in 
text to 3 spaces. It would be useful to have a logical 'convertTabs' 
property of the Editor control which provides a choice in this regard so 
that tabbed data can be copied into and out of an Editor without losing 
the tab characters.

It'd also be nice to have the option of choosing how many spaces are 
shown for tab characters that are retained, or if convertTabs = true, 
how many spaces are inserted per tab chr.

No offense to dbase, but the current QAID is 6350, and yours was 212. I 
think most people would forget after that long :-)
