[dm-devel] lun paths status

Hi all,
would someone have the transition status diagram for the status viewed 
in multipath -ll ?

or at least the exact signification of the status like :
active
enabled
faulty
failing
ready

Thanks in advance for providing any documentation or information related 
to my question ?
