No audio received when making an outbound call

No audio received when making an outbound call
26 Apr 2007 20:48:55 -0700
Hello friends,

I have a very simple outbound speech application that contains 1
makecall control, 1 QA control, and 1 disconnect call control.

It simply says "Hello, have a nice day" and then hangs up. I am
starting off small like this so I can get the feel for the sasdk as it
is new to me.

When debugging on the local dev machine utilizing TASim, everything
works fine...

However when I deployed it to my production machine that contains TAS,
TIM, and MSS when my app calls my phone, I hear nothing when picking
up the phone...

I place the URL of the application in a private message queue and that
works fine without an problems.

BUT, when TAS picks up the URL and calls my phone, I do not hear my
recorded prompt playing....

I have no errors in the ETL or event viewer. I am able to place test
calls fine with my TIM with no problems...

These are my specs:

MSS 2004 R2
Diva Server PRI/t1-24
Intervoice TIM

I would appreciate it if somebody can help me resolve this issue as I
need to complete this project very soon.

Thanks!

Thanks for your response.

It was a TIM issue... I am using Intervoice's TIM and it was not
configured correctly... Everything works properly now.

Take care,

Make sure that the QA's Play Once property is set to false then let me know
what happens.

You draw my attention.
Does your Intervoice TIM support SIP? I am looking for an alternate SIP TIM
for my company.

Thanks ahead for your response.
