Male voice for Vista and Viseme event on XP

I am writing a TTS-based program using .NET framework. I use SAPI SpVoice 
object to speak a text and its Viseme event to make lip-sync for my animated 
character. It runs fine with Anna voice on Vista but I'm having two problems 
that I hope someone can help me with:

1- There is no male voice for my TTS engine on Vista. The engine provided by 
my computer manufacturer has a male voice but it doesn't generate Viseme 
information. I checked the registry and it doesn't have a Lex entry. How can 
I find a male voice for the MS TTS engine?

2- When I compile and run the program on XP using SAPI 5.1, SAM voice does 
provide the Viseme event and information but the events are fired at the end 
of the phrase to be spoken so I can't have real time lip-sync.
