I have done a black theme based on an itheme I did.  However, these are 
PNG's, so show look better.  Probably one of the big differences between 
the WPS Wizard icon theme and the itheme icon theme is the the folders 
face in different directions.  By deciding to do the folders this way 
has enabled me to speed up the conversion tremendously.
