Two New themes uploaded to Netlabs Incoming

I have created 2 new Snowish icon themes.  These two themes are 
different from the other Snowish themes already uploaded.

I actually took a program icon and made folders out of it.  These 
folders are standing up.

One theme is brown and the other is called bluestanding.  I probably 
should have renamed the brown to brownstanding, however, I did not want 
to spend the time going back through the its ini file renaming the 
folders.
