WPS Wizard Buuf icon theme updated to 2.0

I have updated the various colors of the Buuf theme to v2.0.

What is different?

I cleaned up the theme's ini files.  It no longer shows icons it can't 
find. A lot of garbage removed.

I added more icons to the ini file to give people more choices if they 
choose to replace an object icon with something else.

I modified the trash icons to show the better looking PNG's.  However, 
the trash no longer shows when it contains trash.  If you want the old 
trashcan and behavior, just delete the

<XWP_TRASHCAN>
<XWP_TRASHCAN>_Open

from the applicate name in the theme's ini file.

Changed some icons and added others to the themes.
