Are there any USB drivers that will handle audio input via USB? I am
thinking about a USB turntable for converting LPs to WAV/MP3/OGG etc.
Thanks!

As far as I know, USB is a digital input. Assuming your turntable has a
magnetic cartridge, its output is a low level analog signal. Further,
it is not flat but rather requires RIAA equalization.
The way I do this is to connect my turntable to my stereo amplifier's
phono input and run the line output (some sets may refer to it as tape)
to my computer line input. I then use PlayRec to convert the audio to
WAV files. These may be edited (broken into tracks) with CopyWave.
Personally, I then convert the WAVs to FLACs for archival storage and
OGGs for playing from the hard drive. PlayRec and CopyWave are
available from http://www.ca-arnold.de/e/index.html .

Not to my knowledge - but feel free to write some :-)
My workaround for creating digital sounds from LP is totally hardware
based - I added a cd recorder to my HiFi system :-)

Probably not what you want, however I record my old LP's to CD as
follows. I pump my Pre-amp output into an input on my SB Live! card
and then capture the track via LBMIX. From there I can edit and
convert it into other formats, and then burn them to CD. It works fine
to capture my important old vinyl to CD. All S/W is available on
Hobbes last time I checked.
Cheers............................pk.
