Snowish KDE Brownstanding and Bluestanding WPS Wiz Icon
themes updated

I have done a major cleanup of this themes ini files. The ini files were 
filled with garbage. I also modified some icons and added others.  I 
changed the drive objects for both blue and brownstanding stemes to the 
white drives.  This is easier to maintain.  Also, both the blue and 
brownstanding themes now share a common ini file.  Again this makes it 
easier to maintain both themes along with making other colors possible.

I modified the trash icons to show the better looking PNG's.  However,
the trash no longer shows when it contains trash.  If you want the old
trashcan and behavior, just delete the

<XWP_TRASHCAN>
<XWP_TRASHCAN>_Open

from the applicate name in the theme's ini file.

The updated version is now up to 3.0 for the Snowish Brownstanding and 
Bluestanding icon themes and can be found at Netlabs Incoming.
