hehe, I remember this. When I first got RC3 I thought it was broken or my
ISO was corrupted. I freaked out a little :D

On all previous versions of eCS I have used (up to and including RC2), a
right mouse button click on an executable file brings up a menu that
includes the option "Create Program Object". Has this been
deliberately
excluded from RC3 or is there something I should do to activate the
option? (Activation has never been needed with earlier versions).

Many thanks, that fixed it, but I'm baffled as to why the option is now
by default not activated.

I reported that as a bug and it should be fixed in RC4 release.

The same problem seems to be there for RC2. But, when I go to the Menu
Page you mentioned, there is nothing listed to check. Both the top and
bottom window sections under "primary pop-up menu" are blank. Yes,
there is a 'Create another' on both, but I have no clue what information
to provide.
