Mensys Panoramas not downloading

Other files in the Mensys-maintained Beta Zone download fine, but all the 
Panorama files I've tried (several, and the latest wpi and zip repeatedly) 
only send some EA's, creating a zero-byte file on my hard drive, and then 
they stop sending. My weekend emails to info@mensys.nl have not awakened 
anyone there today (3/17/08) although by now it's 17:00 in the Netherlands.

Is there a better way to get Mensys's attention?

Please open a support ticket.

I'm looking into this, don't know what is going wrong.
This will be fixed next week.

This issue has been resolved. All items under the 'zArchive' repository 
were failing to download. We fixed this permanently now.

There is another "issue" with Panorama in Beta section.
Even though Panorama has its own section - you can't
access it via the Filter option - so you have to use the
"All" filter, and go through all pages, until you find it.
Please add the "Filter".
