Executing the following line:
ffmpeg.exe -i result.mpg -sameq -ab 64 -ac 2 resultZ.mpg
Generates the following and creates an empty file for resultZ.mpg
Killed by SIGFPE
pid=0x0085 ppid=0x0084 tid=0x0001 slot=0x00aa pri=0x0200 mc=0x0001
E:\VIDEO\FFMPEG\FFMPEG.EXE
FFMPEG_G 0:0008fcaa
cs:eip=005b:0009fcaa ss:esp=0053:014ef1a4 ebp=014ef878

esi=0000000f
Process dumping was disabled, use DUMPPROC / PROCDUMP to enable it.
ThinkPad T60 running eCS 2.0 RC4. This does not happen with the same
machine running RC1.
What does this mean, why is it happening and what do I do about it?

I don't know exactly how to uninstall acpi, but i remmed out in
config.sys the line psd=acpi.psd, and the run acpidaemon.exe and
restored the original testcfg.sys and could not find more relevant acpi
things in the registry. And after a reboot i tried again ffmpeg and the
Killed by SIGFPE remained...?
Bye/2 Dieter.
