bootAble wants memdisk.i13

bootAble wants memdisk.i13
Tue, 5 Feb 2008 18:41:50 +0100
While creating an iso-file, bootAble outputs
following:

ERROR: File not found memdisk.i13

I was'nt able to find this file, neither on my system,
nor on the internet.
The created boot CD tries to load the missing file
through config.sys, but seems to work anyway.
Any info would be appreciated

The authors of this package have done a great
work. I had never believed that creating a
bootable CD would run so sooth and easy!

It would seem to be part of the MEMDISK package, but it doesn't exist
in the required version of MEMDISK (you did get the one from the
bootAble page, didn't you?). It should only be required, when it is
actually there, and it is possible, that the line that looks for it,
should have been removed anyway. I will ask Hayo about that, but he
seems to be busy with other things, at the moment. Meanwhile, you
could add the line:
MEMDISKDASDFALLBACKFILE=''
to your config file.

If it finds it, it will put the line into CONFIG.SYS, but if it isn't
there, it shouldn't do that (I have never seen bootAble do that
before).

I hope you are using the CONFIG MAKER program, as supplied in the
bootAble.WPI distribution package. It isn't in the ZIP package.

Hope this helps...

Yes I do, that's why it's easy, isn't it :-)
Thanks for your info
