PMVNC and File Transfer (to a server running TightVNC)

I have tested some VNC applications, and so far tightVNC seems the 
fastest in control of a server side.

 From the client side, I use PMVNC103 on eCS1.2. As it is known(?) that 
PMVNC103 does not support File Transfer.

Is there any way to combine a file transfer function with PMVNC103 by a 
client side (ecs1.2) so as to transfer files with tightVNC running 
Windows/Ubunt?
