Samba

I had the Samba plugin for NetDrive working before, but I can't
remember how I did it.

The properties page for the Samba Plugin is difficult for me to
understand. Any idea what the correct values might be?

I have a lot of cases to try. The simplest would be an eCS to eCS
share. This all works fine with the File and Print client, but
NetDrive always says "Access Denied".

Are you using the latest version of the plugin (part of the Samba
3.0.27a release)? I get 'access denied' errors with that version but
the previous version works fine. This is on an ACP2 system connecting
to a Netgear NSLU2 network storage adapter. For plugin options I have:

Workgroup - set to the workgroup defined in the storage controoler
(and the Windows systems on my network)

Server - the IP address of the storage controller

Share - the name of the share as defined on the storage controller

User/password - as defined on the storage controler (and also the
username I use on the ACP2 box)

Everything else is defaulted except that EA support is disabled.

The 3.0.27a release of the plugin forgets to copy libldap.dll from the
place where it was extracted to the Netdrive directory. As soon as you
do that, I will work normally.

Kind regards,
