GNOME Panel

Hi, There is small problem with the GNOME Panel that is bugging me. It 
appears that when applying a them that changes the background of the 
Panel, the "Main Menu" item and the "Tomboy" item distort
the panel 
background and just don't look right. Has anyone else noticed this 
problem? Is there a way to fix this?
