I have looked at all the detail of all the packages and I cannot find
which package includes the games. Which package do I not select to stop
the games from installing?

Ted,
in Yast, search for packages which have "game" and "chess"
in the *description*.That should get rid of most of them. It's getting on my
nerves, too :-)
