| NRM shows only "file listing" |

Using OES2 SP1 with NRM. When i visit the 'Novell Management Services'
(http://electrichendrix.com/welcome/manage.html) page and login to NRM,
all i see is a file listing. Everything else is missing. I logged in as
admin when this happens. Then i login as root and i can see everything
as expected. Why does this happen like this? I would like admin to see
everything. How do i make this happen?
