Trying to run OpenSUSE for the first and it boots into a prompt

only other signs of life are it has:

along the top and when i type help i get a list of commands like:

any ideas on what to do???

im lost, i tried a reinstall and got the exact same thing. Whats
wrong?

This isn't anything included with openSuSE at all.

It looks to me like it's not booting from the right media, or the bootloader
didn't get installed correctly.  How did you install?  Or are you booting
from a live CD?
