| Why is Java so unstable in Linux? |

Hi!
Many web-pages that use Java-applets do not work in Linux(OpenSUSE).
An example is an LMS-portal called Its-Learning(It-solution). To write
message and store text-files, you need to use Java-applet to write
text.
In OpenSUSE 10.3 with latest Java, it want work at all.
Is there older versions of Java that work better?

Do you have the Microsoft fonts installed? If not, try to install them.
Now I don't think it's java on linux thats unstable, I tend to blame the

I see they have a webpage with support
http://www.itsolutions.no/imaker.exe?id=111
Ask questions, like have you testet your solution with any linux distro, such
things.
