EXTRA KEYBOARD FUNCTIONS AND TRACKPAD ON MACBOOK 3.1 (SANTA ROSA)

Hello..

After I installing openSUSE 10.3 64bit on my machine I was make many
hardwares working as well (like sound, sensors, suspend.. etc), but
there is a two problems right now:
* Extra keyboard functions (accessed using th fn key) are
inaccessible.
* The trackpad only has basic functions

After I googling I find about this problems in ubuntu help page:
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/MacBook_Santa_Rosa

It is need to patching kernel

And I was thinking, if the development can fix it and make this two
patches available in the next kernel update? because it is too hard to
make a build kernel, and uploaded for every one.

Thank you, and sorry about my bad English language, it 's not my mother
language.
