Brother HL-2040 Only makes 1 copy at a time

Brother HL-2040 Only makes 1 copy at a time
Wed, 14 Feb 2007 23:40:51 GMT
I'm running a Brother HL-2040 with a SuSE 10.1 install.

Whenever I instruct the printer to make any number of copies above 1, it
still only prints one sheet.

I have reinstalled the printer driver, tried deleting it and reinstalling,
etc. I can't find anything either in Yast or Cups that might cause this
behaviour.

Any suggestions?

Bob

Seems to work for me on my Brother 2070N. I am using the HL-1670N
Foomatic/ljet4.ppd.gz driver printing directly to the TCP port on the
printer.
